Shipping and Returns – We aim to have 99% of our products in stock to make our deliveries as quick as possible. Most items that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. Courier pick ups are Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after our warehouse opening hours, we will look to send your order out as soon as possible once our warehouse re-opens. See Office/Warehouse hours for more information. Please note – we do our best to get all orders out in a timely fashion. If you have any concerns about the time frame of your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.
Most items are delivered overnight in the North Island & stretch out to 48 hours for the South Island.
Bigger items may take a bit longer as they are sent via Freight Truck. These are generally sent out 1-3 business days after your order being placed.
Live bugs and plants are ordered fresh from our suppliers every Monday morning and sent out every Thursday. Please see our livestock shipping for more info.
Live fish are sent out Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid any courier delays.

If an item is missing or damaged from your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Every Hollywood Fish Farm order is packed to ensure all products are received in perfect condition.
If you are at all concerned with the state of your Hollywood Fish Farm products upon delivery do not hesitate in calling us on (09) 216 9010 to discuss your issues with the product. If you have purchased something and wish to return it due to wrong sizing or colour etc, then it is up to you to organise shipping and pay for the shipping costs associated with sending it back to us.
Please note – we do have a change of mind policy so please choose carefully as no refunds are given if you change your mind. However we will offer you a store credit provided the item is returned in the original packaging and the item is unused. We will need the item returned to us for inspection before this credit can be applied to ensure the item has not been used.

Click and Collect
For Click and Collect orders – once your order is ready to be picked up we will call you on the number provided. In some cases we will need the stock transferred from another location.
Click and Collect is not available for live fish.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at the Checkout and is determined by the size/weight of your order in most cases.
Please note if you are purchasing a bulk and or fragile item such as an aquarium or terrarium, background, substrate etc or live at a rural address extra costs may be applied. We will contact you directly before sending your order if this is the case
