Click & Collect
HOW DO I PLACE A CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER?
The place where you select Click and Collect as a Shipping Option is at checkout.
You will need to choose your items to buy and navigate to the checkout as normal, including logging in to your account and confirming your delivery/billing address.
You will see there is a Choose Shipping Option drop-down. Select Click and Collect from the dropdown and then complete your order as normal.
Click and Collect Hours:
Click and Collect orders can be picked up between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm - Please note your order is only ready for collection once you have had a phone call for notification - Please do not come to the store to collect your order before being notified that it is ready to collect.
Click and Collect Pickup Address:
Our pick up address is unit 10, 2 Tawa Drive, Albany - Click HERE for a google map.
On arrival please proceed to our store counter and advise a staff member that you are there to collect a "Click & Collect" online order.
You are required to provide identification before your order is provided (Drivers license, Passport, Student I.D or 18+ Card)
Your I.D details will be recorded by a staff member for security purposes.
If someone is collecting your order on your behalf, please advise staff in advance so we can make note of the name of the collector before arriving to the store.
Click and Collect orders must be paid for before collection.
CLICK AND COLLECT LIVESTOCK
If you have chosen our click and collect option for your item/s of livestock these are only available to be collected from our Albany store during our normal opening hours. 9.30 - 5.30 7 Days
You must contact us 24 hours prior to collecting to ensure that the product you have ordered is currently in stock (as some items are specifically ordered in weekly) and also to ensure that the item/s are in optimum health.
Due to the nature of livestock there may be occasions where the item/s you have purchased are not healthy enough for sale at that time. When this situation happens we will contact you prior to sending out your order and may offer one of the following solutions:
Arrange an alternative product in place of the item/s purchased
Arrange an alternative shipping date for the item/s are back in stock
Arrange a store credit or refund
