We aim to have 99.9% of our products in stock to make our deliveries as quick as possible. Most items that are in stock are dispatched the same day providing you have your order in before 12pm Monday to Friday. Most items are delivered overnight in the North Island & stretch out to 48 hours for the South Island. Bigger items may take a bit longer but we will let you know this during your order. Please allow up to 5 working days for rural delivery addresses

After you have placed your order on hollywoodfishfarm.co.nz we will send you an email confirmation. Please check your spam folders on your email as sometimes our order confirmations end up here.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account and then going to Order History

If anything happens to your order we will let you know.
